Please note that custom artwork, and personalized items are non-refundable as are any products that have been used.

Yes, we offer a custom artwork service where you can have a particular child as part of the artwork. The process is that you send through several photos of your child and select the categories in which you'd like to see your child. We then use our sophisticated processes to create entirely custom artwork for you and send it over. You can keep and use any of the pictures we send or also choose to receive it as artwork for the wall.

Yes, all of our products are designed and tested to meet or exceed safety standards for children. We use high-quality materials and take great care to ensure that our products are safe and fun for kids to use.
